    tap 'Swap' on the items you’re ready to send back,
    and confirm your new shipment.

    Not sure when to swap? Check your calendar! Keep weekend trips, dinner dates, and other plans in mind while choosing items.

    You can add an extra shipment anytime you run out or adjust your number of spots and shipments from your Membership Settings.



How It Works



How It Works

Rent new items in exchange for the ones you’re
returning. The number of shipments you have in your plan is
the number of times you can swap each month.


Pick First...

✔ Head to your homepage and mark the items you want to swap. You can hold onto anything you’re not ready to say goodbye to, but each item you send back opens up a spot for something new (the whole fun of RTR).

✔ Once you tap 'Swap' on your old items, it’s time to choose what you want to wear next. If you’d like to add an extra spot to your shipments — the time is now!


...Then Return

✔ Pack up the reusable garment bag with the items you’re returning. (Throw the plastic and hangers in there too, we recycle them!) On occasion, you may receive rentals in a polybag or cardboard box, which you can also use for returns.

✔ Trade out the shipping label on the outside of the bag with the return label that arrived inside. If you received a polybag or cardboard box, tape the label to the outside of it.

✔ Take the bag to the nearest drop-off location or shipping carrier listed on your label, or schedule a pickup from your home or office (more on that below). Drop off your returns one business day after you confirm your next shipment.
